Mussel Dessert

1 glass of warm milk
1 glass of oil
2 eggs
1 packet of fresh yeast
Juice of half a lemon
1 pinch of salt
As much flour as it takes
3 glasses of walnuts
4 glasses of sugar
5 glasses of water
5-6 drops of lemon juice

Ferment the milk with yeast. Then knead all the ingredients well. Divide the dough into six walnut-sized portions and roll it out to the size of the palm of your hand with starch. Then fold all six of them on top of each other and open them again. Open them as much as a round tea tray and fold the roll cake as we folded it. Cut it to finger thickness and open it again by tilting it horizontally. Put walnuts in it and close it. Melt margarine and sunflower oil, drizzle over it, and put it in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees. After cooking, pour the syrup.
