2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
750 gr. lamb arm – diced
4 – 5 cloves of garlic
1 heaped tablespoon of flour
3 glasses of hot water
½ glass of raw almonds< br/> ¼ cup sultaniye grapes
5 dried figs
1 tablespoon sumac
1 tablespoon honey
Put your pan on the stove and heat it up.
Add butter and sunflower oil and melt the butter.
Add the coarsely chopped meat and fry it.
When the meat turns brown all over, add shallots and garlic. Mix.
When it gets soft, add flour and fry it until it smells good.
Add water and cover your pot and cook for 1 hour.
Mix your cooked meat for a turn.
Raw almonds without shell, Add sultaniye grapes that you soaked in hot water and strain, prunes cut into quarters and dried figs and mix for a round.
Add salt, pepper, sumac and honey and mix.
Close the lid of your pot and cook for another 30 minutes. Cook on low heat.
Let your cooked food rest for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
