Good quality olive oil, sea salt, coarsely ground black pepper, fresh rosemary and fresh thyme and a few drops of soy sauce will be a classic marination and add flavor to the meat.
For those who want a more assertive marination:
4 – 5 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, chopped coarsely, 1 sprig of fresh thyme, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 teaspoon of worchestire sauce, 1 teaspoon I recommend good quality balsamic vinegar, little salt and coarsely ground fresh black pepper ….
