Olive Oil Beans

Olive Beans Ingredients

¾ glass of olive oil
2 medium onions – finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic
1 kg of green beans
1 glass of water
1 level tablespoon of granulated sugar
Salt
3 medium size tomatoes

Put your pot on the stove and add olive oil and heat it.
Add your onion and until it softens Saute it.
When your onions soften, add garlic and green beans and stir.
Add water, granulated sugar and salt and close the lid.
After boiling over medium heat until boiling, cook for 30 – 45 minutes on low heat.
5 minutes before you take your beans from the stove, add the tomatoes and remove from the stove.
Let it brew.
