4 Pieces Onions
3 Tablespoons of Flour
After peeling the onions, half a centimeter lengthwise Chop into rings. Remove the small rings inside the large rings.
Whisk together the flour, egg and salt until it reaches the consistency of boza. Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan. Dip the onion rings in the flour mixture and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve hot with grilled fish, meat and chicken on a serving plate.
