Open Mouth Ingredients

Ingredients for Dough

2 glasses of flour
1 pinch of salt
½ glass of water
1 egg
2 tablespoons of yoghurt
2 tablespoons of flour – to gather the dough

Materials for Stuffing

250 gr. ground beef
1 onion – grater
1 egg
1 teaspoon of pepper paste
3 tablespoons of flour
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of ground red pepper

Ingredients for frying

Sunflower oil

For the dough;

Mixing Take the flour and salt into the bowl and mix.
Open the middle of the flour to form a pool.
Add water, egg and yogurt to it and mix them first with a fork.
Then take it to the counter where you sprinkle flour and knead with your hands.
You will have obtained a soft dough that is slightly sticky to the hand.
Cover your dough and let it rest.

For the stuffing;

Take minced meat, grated onion, egg, pepper paste, flour, salt, black pepper and ground red pepper in a mixing bowl and knead well.

To assemble;

Divide the rested dough into two and flour your counter and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin.
Make round slices from the dough you rolled out with a round mold.
Put a tablespoon of stuffing with minced meat in each round dough and fold the edges so that they are pleated and seal them inwards.
Put sunflower oil in a wide pan and let it heat up.
Put the pastries you prepared on the oil with the mincemeat side facing up. .
After the bottoms are browned, turn them upside down and fry the minced meat.
