Open Tray Pastry Ingredients

1 egg
1 egg white
¾ glass of sunflower oil – 100 ml.
100 gr. butter – melted
1 glass of yogurt
3 glasses of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 teaspoon of mahlep
Salt

For Stuffing Ingredients

2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
½ red pepper
½ yellow pepper
300 gr. ground beef
Salt
Black pepper
Cumin
Paprika

Toppings

Cheddar cheese – grated

Ingredients for the Edges

Egg yolk
Sesame

For the dough;

Attach the whisk of your countertop mixer.
Take your eggs in your countertop mixer and beat them.
Then add sunflower oil and butter on it and continue beating at high speed.
Add yoghurt to them and beat well for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, flour, baking powder Mix the powder, mahaleb and salt.
Then attach the dough kneading tip and add the dry mixture and mix until it reaches a dough consistency.

For the stuffing;

Take your pan to the stove and heat it up.
Add olive oil and onion into your heated pan and sauté until soft.
Small cubes Add the chopped peppers and mix.
Then add the minced meat and cook by crushing it lightly.
Add salt, black pepper, cumin and flakes and mix.
Lower the bottom of your pan and cook for 5-10 minutes.

To assemble;

Take your dough on the baking tray on which you have laid baking paper and press it out with your hand.
If the dough starts to stick while it is being rolled out, continue to roll it out by slightly wetting your hand.
You can leave the edges slightly thick.
Put the stuffing you prepared on your dough and spread it out.
Brush the edges with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on the stuffing and pre-warm at 180 degrees. Bake in the heated oven for 25 minutes.
