After washing the oranges, remove them properly It is divided into two and the water is squeezed without losing their shape, and they are placed in a pot. This process can be done with an electric lemon squeezer or by hand. The important thing is that the peels of the oranges do not fall apart. Add a heaping teaspoon of wheat starch per orange and two teaspoons of sugar (per orange) to the orange juice in the pot. It is mixed in a heavy fire, and when it starts to boil, the bottom of the fire is turned off. After being turned like this a couple of times, it is filled into the oranges. On the other side, the almonds, which are boiled for 2-3 minutes and whose shells are peeled, are placed on the jelly.
Note: Almonds can be placed at the bottom of the oranges and jelly can be poured over them. In order for the oranges to stand properly on the serving plate, the bottoms of the oranges can be trimmed very lightly with the help of a knife.
