4 hard-boiled eggs
4 sheets of gelatin
10 slices of Hungarian salami
3- 4 small pickled cucumbers
2 glasses of broth (without oil)
Black pepper

Melt the washed gelatin in warm broth. Salt and pepper are thrown.
Eggs, salami, pickles are chopped into small pieces. Add to the broth and mix. (Stir without dispersing the egg yolks and without clouding the broth.)
It is poured into a wet shaped mold and frozen (3-4 hours).
When it is removed from the mold, the mold is dipped in warm water several times and the serving plate is turned upside down.
