Oven Tomatoes with Halloumi and Feta Cheese

Ingredients for Oven Tomatoes Recipe with Halloumi and Feta Cheese

  • 1/2 kg cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g halloumi cheese
  • 100 g full fat ezine feta cheese
  • 5-6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper (Freshly ground)
  • Fresh basil
  • Pink peppercorns

How to Make Oven Tomatoes with Halloumi and Feta Cheese

  • Cherry tomatoes with olive oil in a large baking dish mix with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cut the halloumi cheese in half lengthwise. Fry both sides in a pan over medium heat.
  • Remove the cherry tomato bowl from the oven and place the halloumi slices on the tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese over the halloumi.
  • Continue cooking until the cheeses are melted. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with basil and pink pepper.
