- 1/2 kg cherry tomatoes
- 250 g halloumi cheese
- 100 g full fat ezine feta cheese
- 5-6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper (Freshly ground)
- Fresh basil
- Pink peppercorns
How to Make Oven Tomatoes with Halloumi and Feta Cheese
- Cherry tomatoes with olive oil in a large baking dish mix with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Cut the halloumi cheese in half lengthwise. Fry both sides in a pan over medium heat.
- Remove the cherry tomato bowl from the oven and place the halloumi slices on the tomatoes. Crumble the feta cheese over the halloumi.
- Continue cooking until the cheeses are melted. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with basil and pink pepper.
