Frying Pan Katmeri Ingredients

5 glasses of flour
2 glasses of water
Salt
¼ glass of grape vinegar

Materials for lubrication

4 – 5 tablespoons of butter
½ cup of sunflower oil

For the dough;

Take flour in your mixing bowl and open the middle of it to form a pool.
Add water, salt and grape vinegar to the middle and mix it.
Then put it on the counter and knead well.
Let your dough rest for 20 minutes.

To combine;

Melt the butter and remove it from the stove.
Take the sunflower oil on it and mix it.
Take your dough on the floured counter and cut it into 6 meringues. Divide.
Roll each meringues out thinly by sprinkling with flour.
Spread the oily mixture on your double meringue.
Then fold it from one side to the center.
Apply oil to the folded area as well.
br/> Fold the other side over it, apply oil and lubricate it to make an envelope. Cook both sides until they get color.
Grease the top of the katmer you took from the pan with a little butter and serve.
