Paşa Pastry Ingredients

Ingredients for the Dough

2 glasses of flour
1/2 glass of water
1 egg< br/> 2-3 glasses of broth

Materials for Meat Mixture

2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1 onion< br/> 500 gr. ground beef
1 teaspoon mahlep
1 handful of pine nuts
1 handful of currants

Ingredients for Frying

Sunflower oil

Into the flour Add a full pinch of salt and mix. Open the middle part and crack the egg inside. Beat the egg with the help of a fork and then add the water slowly and mix with a fork. Take your lightly gathered dough on the counter and knead it with your hands until you get a soft consistency. Divide the dough you prepared into four equal parts and roll these pieces on the counter. Lightly flour each meringue on the counter, open it to the length of the dessert plate with the help of a rolling pin, and set it aside.

Put a finger of oil in a small pan and put it on the stove and let the oil heat up.

While the oil heats, put the onions on the board. chop the food on it. Put a large pan on the stove and let it heat up. Add olive oil and butter to the heated pan and heat. Add the onions to the heated pan and start frying.

Meanwhile, add the dough you have rolled into the heated Sunflower oil and start frying.

Add the minced meat to the onions that have softened and let themselves go, and season it with salt and fry it well.< /p>

Take the large pot with the broth to another level of the stove and let it heat up.

Turn the other side of your fried dough and continue frying on both sides.

Mahlep on the roasted ground beef, Add black pepper, pine nuts and currants and continue frying.

Meanwhile, take the browned dough on a napkin and remove the oil, then immediately take the broth. After the dough is thoroughly wet, drain it from the water and transfer it to the serving plate. At the same time, fry another dough and dip it in the broth in the same way. Prepare all the dough in this way.

Divide the fried minced meat into four and cover the dough with this mortar. After putting the last dough on top, put strained yogurt on the dough and put the last remaining ground meat on the yogurt.

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a small saucepan. Add paprika to the heated oil and serve by pouring over the pastry.
