Semolina Pastry Ingredients

Materials for the Base

280 gr. Whole wheat flour biscuits – 2 packages
2 tablespoons of honey
100 gr. butter – melted

Materials for the Semolina Layer

1 liter of milk
1 glass of semolina
1 glass of granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla< br/> 1 tablespoon of butter

For the base;

Add the biscuits and honey to your shredder and grind well.
Add the melted butter on the biscuits and continue to grind.
Take the biscuit layer you prepared on your 26 cm locked cake mold, on which you have greased paper.

For the layer with semolina;

Add milk, semolina and granulated sugar into your pot and mix.
Put your pot on the stove and cook by stirring constantly.
Add vanilla and butter to the thickened pudding and mix.

To assemble;

Pour the ready semolina layer on the base you have cooled in the refrigerator, spread it and flatten it.
Keep it in the refrigerator for 1 – 2 hours and slice and serve cold.
