Bacon and Humus Pastry Ingredients

2 phyllo dough

Materials for the Mixture

1 egg
½ glass of olive oil
1 glass of soda
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients for Hummus

4 glasses of boiled chickpeas
5 – 6 tablespoons of tahini
4 – 5 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1 heaped tablespoon of cumin
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
¾ – 1 glass of olive oil
½ glass of water

Ingredients for the Stuffing

8 – 10 slices of bacon
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
4 carrots – on a grater
Salt
Black Pepper

Topping Ingredients

Cumin in seeds

For filling;

Put your pan on the stove and heat it.
Take the thinly sliced ​​bacon into the heated pan and make it crispy.
Take olive oil and grated carrots on top of the pastrami and saute them.
Add salt and pepper and mix.
peel off their skin flour.
Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper into your chopper and grind well until everything is smooth.
You can add a little water to your hummus to get a more liquid consistency. .
Put the ready hummus in a mixing bowl.
Add the cooked carrots with pastrami on it and mix.
Put this mixture in a squeezing bag and keep it in the fridge.

For the liquid mortar;

Take eggs, olive oil, soda and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk them with a whisk.

To combine;

Divide your phyllo dough in half.
Put the phyllo that you cut in half so that the wide side is yours.
Sprinkle the liquid mortar you prepared on your phyllo dough. .
Squeeze the hummus mixture you prepared into the long strip of your phyllo dough.
Then roll it up and turn it around to form a round shape.
Grease the bottom of your glass baking dish with olive oil.
Take your pastry in your bowl and put a glass on it. Brush with liquid mortar with a brush.
Sprinkle cumin on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
