Bacon Pastry Ingredients

3 phyllo dough

Materials for Stuffing

1 – 2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
3 – 4 green peppers
Salt
Black pepper
100 – 150 gr. Pastrami
2 tomatoes
1 – 2 handfuls of cheddar cheese – grated

For the stuffing;

Take your pan to the stove and heat it.
Add olive oil and finely chopped onion and cook until soft.
Add finely chopped peppers to your pan and sauté.
Add salt and pepper and mix.
Finely chop your bacon and add it to your pan. Continue sautéing.
Peel off the skins of your tomatoes.
Remove the seeds inside and cut them into small cubes.
Put your sautéed vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Add the chopped tomatoes into it, mix it and let it cool Leave it.
Add grated cheddar cheese into your cooled stuffing and mix.

To assemble;

Open your dough on your workbench.
Cut your dough into 8 equal triangles.
Then put the stuffing you prepared and cooled on the wide side of the triangle. Put them and wrap them.
Prepare your pastries until the filling is gone.
Put your pan on the stove and add sunflower oil and heat it.
Add the pastries you have prepared into the heated oil and fry them.
Cover your fried pastries with paper towels. Remove to a plate and drain excess oil.
Serve hot.
