Piti Kebab

Piti Kebab Ingredients

2 – 4 pieces of phyllo
2 tablespoons of butter
500 gr. medium-fat ground beef
3 glasses of chickpeas – boiled
3 glasses of broth
Salt
Black pepper

Ingredients for the Top

4 tablespoons of strained yoghurt
2 tablespoons of butter
Dried mint
Paprika
½ bunch of parsley

Spread the phyllo that you cut into large pieces with your hands into your round aluminum tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Take your pan to the stove and heat it.
Add butter and melt it.
Take your ground beef into the melted butter and mash it to cook.
When your ground beef is cooked, add salt to it. and black pepper and mix.
Add the boiled chickpeas that you have removed from their skins and mix. Drizzle over it.
Sprinkle ground meat with chickpeas on the phyllo and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Out of the oven. Put strained yoghurt in the middle of your blood kebab.
Melt the butter in a pan.
Add dried mint and paprika and drizzle over the kebab.
Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve.
