Pizza Pastry Ingredients
3 pieces of dough
125 gr. butter – melted
2 eggs
2 glasses of milk
½ bunch of dill
½ bunch of parsley
4 – 5 sprigs of spring onions
4 tomatoes< br/> 2 – 3 village peppers
3 – 4 sausages
250 gr. fresh cheddar
Salt
Black pepper
Dried thyme
Put the butter in a pan and melt it.
Seed your tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Pepper and sausage finely Chop.
Finely chop the dill, parsley and spring onion.
Chop the cheddar cheese into small cubes.
Take the milk, egg and melted butter in a mixing bowl and whisk.
Dill Add , parsley and fresh onion into it and mix.
Add tomatoes, green pepper, sausage, fresh cheddar, salt and pepper and mix.
Roll your other phyllo in half, then roll it from the other side and combine the two sides.
Cut the phyllo in 1 cm width.
Spread the cut phyllo on the tray.
Spread the dough you prepared on the tray. and sprinkle with dried thyme.
Place your pastry on the bottom of the oven and preheat at 180 degrees Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
