• 1 egg + 1 egg white

• Mascarpone Cheese with Egg and Agave Syrup Beat
• Cut the puff pastry dough in half 3-4 minutes after you take it out of the freezer (the dough should not get hot) and put a teaspoon of cheese on them.
• Cover the cheese with plums. Sprinkle egg whites and nut crumbs around the edges. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes under control.
• Take it out of the oven, cool it down and serve it after drizzling honey or agave syrup on it.
