Potato Entrecote Ingredients
Olive oil
2 onions
2 – 3 potatoes
4 entrecotes
4 cloves of garlic
3 – 4 tomatoes
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
Salt
Black pepper
Fresh thyme
Place your ribeyes between two oiled papers and beat them lightly with a meat hammer.
Put your pot on the stove and heat it up.
Take the ribeyes into your heated pot.
Sprinkle salt and pepper and seal on both sides.
When your meat turns brown, set aside.
Onion and potatoes in rings. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Add olive oil to the inside of your pot.
Arrange the sliced onion on the bottom.
Arrange half the potatoes on it.
Place the meat and the remaining Arrange the potatoes on top of the meat.
Add the finely chopped garlic.
Add some olive oil, salt and pepper to them.
Add the chopped tomatoes and granulated sugar.
Te Cover your pot and let it cook on low heat for 1 hour.
Sprinkle fresh thyme 15 minutes before your meal is ready and continue cooking.
