Materials for Potato Meatballs

3 medium potatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 onion
Black pepper
1 dessert spoonful of cumin
1 glass of stale bread crumbs – panko
½ bunch of parsley
1 egg

Materials for topping


Ingredients for Frying

Sunflower oil

Put your potatoes in a pot, add water and boil them.
Mash the boiled potatoes with the help of a potato masher.
Put your pan on the stove and heat it up.
Add olive oil to your heated pan and add the onions and sauté them.
Add the sauteed onions into the mashed potatoes and mix.
Add salt, pepper and cumin and mix.
br/> Add panko, finely chopped parsley and egg and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until it cools down.
Prepare regular meatball-sized meatballs from the mortar you prepared.
Put sunflower oil in your pan and heat it. Warm it.
Dip the meatballs you prepared first in egg, then in panko and fry them on both sides.
