Hello, One way to make our kids love eggs is to make an omelet. Today we offer a nice alternative for breakfast. Potato Omelette is not as difficult as it seems. And I’m sure you are one of those who think that our loved ones are worth it, even if it is difficult. One of the tricks you should pay attention to when making Potato Omelet is the size of the potato you buy. If you buy large potatoes, they will absorb less oil. If you add some flour and baking powder to make the omelet rise better, your omelets will look better.

While making Potato Omelet , make sure that the oil is hot enough so that the potatoes are well browned. So you will have very nice fried potatoes. If you want the inside of the potatoes to be well cooked, cover the mouth and cook with steam. You can serve it with different vegetables, I can’t go without saying that dried basil is very good. Don’t just think of pastry recipes and borek recipes on our site for breakfast, sometimes surprise your children with our omelet recipes. Take it easy…

Ingredients for the Potato Omelet Recipe

1 large potato

1 canned red pepper

1 tablespoon of butter < /p>

1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

<1 tablespoon of flour

3 eggs

Half a tea glass of oil

To decorate

Parsley

How to Make Potato Omelet

First of all, let’s peel our potatoes and cut them into rings. Let’s cut the ring-shaped potatoes into small cubes again. Let’s add salt to a bowl so that it does not turn black and put our potatoes in water. After mixing the potatoes, drain the water and dry them. Let’s take the frying pan and turn on the stove.

Let’s take our potatoes into the hot oil and fry them. Let’s put a lid on the pan so that it cooks with its own steam. Let’s continue frying on medium heat. While our potatoes are frying, let’s break our eggs in a separate bowl. Let’s add a teaspoon of salt, baking powder, and flour into the eggs and mix. In the meantime, if our potatoes are fried, let’s put them on a plate wrapped with a paper napkin. Let’s take our butter into the Omelet pan and melt it. Let’s put our potatoes in the melting butter and mix until the butter melts. After the butter has melted, add black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt. Spread the eggs evenly inside the potato. Let’s turn on the stove and wait for it to cook. We can understand that our omelet is cooked by the drying of the upper part.
