Potato pie is one of my favorite pastry recipes. To make potato pies, if you are going to make pies with ready-made phyllo dough at home without opening the börek dough, I think you should definitely apply a yoghurt oil mortar on the ready-made phyllo dough. In this way, the phyllo is both softer and you get a more delicious potato pie. While I am preparing the dough for the potato pie, I boil and mash the potatoes, add salt and spices, add some softened butter and mix them all together by mashing them well. In this way, butter is well absorbed with potatoes and you get a more delicious pastry mortar. As recipes, we have prepared a potato pie recipe for you as well as a pie recipe. By searching our site, you can find many tried-and-true pastry recipes and illustrated pastry recipes. Here is a delicious potato pie recipe, which is among the delicious and easy pie recipes. Without further ado, let’s get right to our recipe, here’s our potato pie recipe. Cheers to everyone in advance.

How to Make Potato Pie

First, let’s wash the potatoes and let them boil. In the meantime, let’s prepare the minced meat, for this, let’s take the chopped onion in the pan and fry it, add the ground beef on it, and saute it until it releases its water. Let’s add the boiled and grated potatoes, adjust the salt and spices.

Let’s break 1 egg into the mixing bowl, take the oil and margarine and mix it with our hands. Let’s add milk, drying, water and flour on it and mix it to get a dough as soft as an earlobe. Let’s divide the dough into 2 equal pieces, and open it. Let’s take the mortar on the dough that we opened on a flat surface and cover it with the other dough we opened. Let’s cut it with a round mold and put egg yolk on the greased tray. Let’s sprinkle sesame or black cumin seeds and cook at 180 degrees until golden brown like a pomegranate. Bon Appetit.
