Potato Ravioli with Minced Meat

5 boiled potatoes
1 bunch of parsley
Black pepper
Salt
Stuffing:
2 medium onions
200 g ground beef
Salt
Black pepper
1 tablespoon of butter
On top:
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon of mint
1 bowl of yogurt

Boil the potatoes and mash or grate them into a bowl with a fork. Add salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley and mix. Cut off tangerine-sized pieces and form a pool in the middle, then arrange them on a serving plate.
For internal mortar; Finely chop the onions and add the butter and fry well. Add the minced meat to the roasted onions and cook until it releases its water and absorbs it again. Flavour with salt and blackpepper.
Fill the potato bowls with the stuffing you prepared.
Drizzle the whipped yogurt on it as much as you want.
Garnish with toasted butter, mint and black pepper.
