Ingredients for Practical Ganache Cake Recipe

For the cake:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1.5 glasses of oil
  • 1 pack of vanilla
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 3.5 cups of flour
  • li>

For the cream:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla

Chocolate ganache:

  • 200 ml cream< li>100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g milk chocolate

How to Make a Practical Ganache Cake?

Preparation of the cake

  • Beat the eggs and sugar well until they are fluffy and light in colour. Add milk first, then oil, and mix the slowly rising egg and sugar mixture without extinguishing it. Sift the flour, vanilla and baking powder into the mixture and continue whisking slowly. Grease your baking dish, transfer the mixture to your pan. Bake in the oven set at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

    Preparation of the cream

  • Stir all the ingredients on low heat and cook until it thickens. Let the thickened cream rest in the fridge for 1 day.

    For between the cakes

  • Spread the cream you prepared on the bottom base of the cake you cut in half. Then you can add bananas, strawberries and chocolate as you prefer.

    Before serving

  • Remove the cream from the heat before it reaches boiling point and add the chocolates and mix. Before serving, the ganache should have a warm and fluid consistency. Bon appetit.
