Ingredients for Practical Pastry with Olives
- 2.5 cups of flour
- 1.5 tea cups of yogurt
- 1 tea glass of olive oil< li>100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 200 gr feta cheese
- Half a bunch of dill
- 1 bowl of kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon of black cumin
How to Make Practical Pastry with Olives

- Separate the egg white from the yolk. Soften the butter at room temperature. Crumble the feta cheese. Remove the pits and chop the Kalamata olives. /li>
- Knead until you get a smooth medium hard dough. Clean and chop the dill and mix it with cheese.
- Cut off tangerine-sized pieces from the dough and roll it out in a round or ellipse shape in your palm. Share the cheese mixture in the middle and close it.
- Place the pastry dough on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Brush them with the remaining egg yolk, sprinkle with black cumin and sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve hot or warm. Enjoy. Since it has high fat and carbohydrate value, it is recommended to consume it in moderation.
