Ingredients for Practical Sahur Pastry Recipe

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tea glass of sunflower oil
  • 3 phyllo dough
  • 1.5 tea glasses of milk

For the stuffing

  • 1 glass of fat-free hard cheese
  • 10 sprigs of parsley< /ul>

How to Make Practical Suhoor Pastry?

  • Put sunflower oil in a large pan and spread one of the pastry sheets hanging down from the sides.
  • Milk, oil, oil in a deep bowl. Put an egg and beat it well and apply 4-5 tablespoons of this mixture on the dough you have laid on the pan.
  • Cut 1 of the remaining 2 pieces of dough on top of the oiled dough and cool it by wrinkling it. Again, apply 4-5 tablespoons of the oily mortar you prepared on top of it.
  • Mix the mashed cheese and finely chopped parsley in a bowl and spread this mortar evenly all over the dough.
  • Divide the last phyllo in the same way, divide it into 5-6 pieces, crease it, lay it on it and pour the remaining oily mortar.
  • Finally, fold the edges of the phyllo that you laid on the bottom and close the pastry. Burn the bottom of the pan to medium heat.
  • Cook the pastry so that it is browned on both sides. Turn off the stove and serve hot.
