4 glasses of flour
2 spoons of margarine
1 egg
2 spoons of yogurt
1.5 teaspoons of salt
Half a mold of white cheese
Parsley
Dill
2 glasses of sunflower or olive oil (for frying)

The flour is sifted, yoghurt, egg, salt and half a glass of water are added in the middle. it is kneaded. It is summarized and divided into 15 parts. It is rested under wet cloth.
Each piece is opened by 10 cm and greased with margarine between them. (It will be whitened like cream by mixing less melted oil.)
5 doughs are put on top of each other and three groups are made. The tops are not lubricated.
Each piece is 2 mm. opens fine. The cheese-parsley mixture is placed in piles and covered with dough. It is cut with the lid.
It is fried in hot oil by shaking it slightly. It is removed on paper to absorb excess oil.
