Ingredients for the Pumpkin Pie Recipe

4 glasses of milk
7 tablespoons of granulated sugar
7 tablespoons of semolina
1 packet of vanilla

For the zucchini mortar

2 kilos of pumpkin
2.5 cups of granulated sugar
1 package of Pötibör biscuits
1 glass of walnuts

For the topping

Green pistachio
Hazelnut
Coconut

After peeling the pumpkin’s skins and chopping them into cubes. Put the pumpkins in the pot, add granulated sugar on it, close the lid of the pot and put it on the stove to cook. Let’s mash the cooked zucchini through a food processor. Put the crushed zucchini in a deep bowl and mix it by putting the crumbled biscuits on it.

Put cold milk, semolina, sugar, vanilla in a separate pot and start cooking by stirring constantly.
Put the cake circle on the serving plate and pour the semolina mortar into it first and smooth it out with a spoon. Put the zucchini biscuit mortar on it and smooth it out again with a spoon. Then put it in the fridge and let it sit for 4 hours.
After 4 hours, take it out and decorate it with a circular shape, first green pistachios, then crushed hazelnuts, then coconut, then coconut again.
Finally, remove the cake circle and decorate it. Serve.
