Pumpkin Sinkonta Ingredients
¾ glass of olive oil
750 gr. pumpkin
2 large onions
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Black pepper
1 cinnamon stick
½ star anise
1 pinch of flakes pepper
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
½ glass of water

Strained yogurt
Paprika flakes
Square glass Cut your pumpkins into squares the size of a matchbox. Add olive oil and continue cooking.
Add the chopped onions and add a little more olive oil.
Add salt, pepper and finely chopped garlic and sauté.
* ¾ glass of olive oil will be used in total.
Add cinnamon sticks, star anise, chili pepper and powdered sugar that you cut in half and mix it for a turn.
Add the remaining olive oil and water and turn the fire on. Turn off the heat.
Put your ready-made zucchini mortar in your square glass baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Leave your cooked sinconta to cool in its own baking dish.
Put the cooled sinconta on a serving plate and pour it over it. Put in strained yogurt.
Finally, sprinkle chili pepper and serve.
