Mantı Soup Ingredients
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of tomato paste Puree
5 glasses of water
1.5 glasses of tiny ravioli
1.5 glasses of boiled chickpeas
Salt
Black pepper
Chili flakes
Dried mint
Put your soup pot on the stove, add butter and olive oil and heat it up.
Add flour and fry until it smells good.
Add tomato paste and puree and continue mixing.
Add the chickpeas and ravioli and mix.
Add salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and dried mint and stir.
Stir occasionally, cook the ravioli on low heat until cooked.
Serve hot. .
