Roasted Egg Pita

Roasted Egg Pita Ingredients

1 round Ramadan pita
200 gr. roasting
3 eggs
1 – 2 glasses of cheddar cheese – grater

Put the pita on the counter.
Remove the bread by tearing it off with your hands and turn it into a pool in the middle.
Roasting with your hand break it off and sprinkle half of it on the bottom of the pita.
Crack the eggs on it.
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on the eggs.
Arrange the roasted roasts on the cheese.
10 – 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Cook.
Serve hot.
