Liver Roasted Ingredients
Ingredients for the Onion Layer
3 – 4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 onions – diced piyaz
2 green pepper
3 spring onions
Salt
Black pepper
Materials for Potatoes
2 potatoes
6 – 7 meals spoon of sunflower oil
Ingredients for Liver
750 gr. veal liver – cleaned and diced
4 – 5 tablespoons flour – for flouring the liver
2 teaspoons salt
Ingredients for combining
2 – 3 tablespoon of butter
Salt
Black pepper
Cumin
Paprika
Thyme
Sumac
For Potatoes;
Chop your potatoes into big cubes.
Put your pan on the stove and add sunflower oil and heat it up.
Add the chopped potatoes to your heated oil and fry them.
When your potatoes turn color, you put a paper towel in it.
remove to a plate.
For the onion layer;
Put your pan on the stove and heat it up.
Add olive oil to your heated pot.
Chopped onion, coarsely chopped pepper Add the scallion and spring onions to the pan and sauté.
Add salt and pepper and put the sautéed vegetables on top of the potatoes.
For the liver;
Cleanse the membrane of your liver thoroughly.
Then chop your livers into large cubes and add them to the refrigerator bag in which you have added flour, and flour all the sides.
Take your floured liver in a strainer and shake it to get rid of excess flour.
Take the livers into the oil in which you fry the potatoes and fry them.
* Be careful not to dry them too much.
To combine;
Return the pan where you sauteed the onions to the stove and heat it up.
Add the butter to the heated pan and melt it.
Add cumin, chili pepper, thyme and sumac into the melted butter and mix.
Then the potato. Add the onions and mix.
Drain the cooked livers from the excess oil and put them in your pan and mix everything together.
