Ingredients for the Salted Mother Date Recipe
- 1 egg
- 1 tea glass of yogurt
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- As much flour as it takes
For frying
- 1 water glass of sunflower oil
How to Make Salted Mommy Date?
- Crash the egg into a mixing bowl. Add yogurt, olive oil, salt and baking soda. Add flour little by little until you get a dough that is slightly harder than the earlobe. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Pull off egg-sized pieces from the dough. Roll the dates with your hands and press them on a grater to form dates.
- Fry the dates in a large pan in non-hot sunflower oil. Take it on a paper towel and absorb excess oil. Serve hot.
