•250 grams of margarine
•half a glass of oil
•half a glass of warm water
•1 teaspoon of mahalep
•1 pack of baking powder
•1 egg (yolk)

Cookie Recipe:
1 Let’s take the flour into the mixing bowl, open the middle like a pool, add the melted margarine, egg yolk, mahlebi, oil and warm water. Let’s combine the shape we gave from the ends, brush egg white on it, sprinkle black cumin. Let’s continue this process until the dough we have prepared is finished.
