For the dough
- 3 glasses of flour
- 1 packet of instant yeast
- 1.5 water glass of warm water

- 1 glass of rice

- 1.5 glasses of hot water
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes

How to make it if weaving
Combine flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Add lukewarm water and mix it. For a soft dough that does not stick to the hand, add water or flour. Cover it and let it rise for 1 hour. Chop the onion for food and fry it together with the minced meat on medium heat until the water is absorbed. Add the rice and continue frying for 5 minutes. Add hot water and cook on low heat with the lid closed until the water is absorbed. Add salt and spices and let cool. Break off pieces from the dough and roll them out to the size of a small plate with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Place the rice mortar on one side, close it in a half-moon shape and press the edges with a fork. Fry in hot oil. Serve warm.
