Ingredients for Spinach Puff Pastry Bowls Recipe

  • 6 square puff pastries

For Spinach Mortar

  • 250 g spinach (Seeded and chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (Chopped for food)
  • 1 red bell pepper (Chopped)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Topping

  • Fresh Cheddar Cheese (Grated)< li>2 sausages (Sliced)

How to Make Spinach Puff Pastry Bowls?

  • Place the onion and red pepper in a pan and fry them with olive oil. Add the spinach and continue frying until cooked.
  • After adding salt and pepper, take it off the heat.
  • When the puff pastries come to room temperature, put them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Divide the spinach paste on the puff pastry and put the sausages.
  • Lastly, add the grated cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes.
  • Serve hot or cold, depending on desire.
