Split Vaccine Soup Ingredients
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 small onion – finely chopped
½ zucchini – finely diced
10 – 15 chard stalks – finely chopped
6 glasses of water
1.5 glasses of split water
Salt
White pepper
6 – 7 leaves of fresh basil or 1 tablespoon dry basil
Ingredients for its rosin
400 gr. strained yogurt
Yolk of 1 egg
1 tablespoon of flour
Toppings
1 tablespoon of dried mint
½ teaspoon of ground red pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter
Add olive oil to your soup pot and heat it up.
Add the finely chopped onions and sauté lightly.
Then add the zucchini you cut into small cubes and the chard stalks that you cut finely. Add the water and continue to saute. Add it to the soup.
Bring it to a boil, add finely chopped basil, salt and white pepper, take it off the stove and serve hot.
