Half Yogurt Soup Ingredients
4 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of flour
Yolk of 1 egg
5 glasses of water
½ glass of water cracked wheat – boiled
½ cup of chickpeas – boiled
2 tablespoons of butter
1 pinch of dried mint< br/> 1 pinch of paprika
Put your soup pot on the counter.
Add yogurt, flour, egg yolk and water and mix them with the help of a whisk.
Then put it on the stove and mix it to get a consistency.
Add boiled cracked wheat and chickpeas into the thickened soup and let it boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Lower the bottom of your boiling and thickening soup.
Melt the butter in a separate pan and add dried mint and chili pepper to it. Turn it over.
Divide your soup into bowls and serve by pouring the oil you have prepared over the soups.
