Stale Pita Meatballs Ingredients

½ piece of Ramadan pita
1 onion – on a grater
8 – 10 tablespoons of milk
1 egg
1 pinch of cumin
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of paprika
1 packet of baking powder
½ bunch of parsley

Cut the Ramadan pita into small cubes.< br/> Grate the onion.
Chop the parsley finely.
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead them.
Then break off walnut-sized pieces and roll them into a shape of meatballs by pressing them.
In a pan Heat the sunflower oil, fry the meatballs you prepared and serve hot or warm.
