Material to be used
250 gr. flour (2.5 cups)
250 gr. powdered sugar (a little less than 2 cups)
A teaspoon of lemon zest
the juice of half a lemon.
500 gr. Strawberry
1—Put eggs and sugar in a saucepan and beat until it thickens to the consistency of yoghurt.
2—Add sifted flour, lemon zest, lemon juice, mix lightly.
3—The dough is placed in a round and greased mold, and it is cooked in a medium temperature oven.
4—Remove from mold, cool.
5—Cut in half in half. Each piece is wetted with sugar water. Cream is spread on one part, strawberries are laid on it, and cream is put on it again.
6—The other sponge cake piece is covered on it.
7—Cream is spread over and around the edges, and the top of the cream and strawberry cake is decorated.
8—Green pistachios are placed on the edges.

Making the Cream
1—Put sugar, flour, eggs into the pot and mix with egg wire.
2—Milk is added slowly as it is hot.
3—Put on fire and cook by stirring constantly.
4—When it starts to boil, it is taken off the fire and cooled.
5—It is mixed until it is soft on you.
6—The cooled cream spoon is added to the spoon oil and mixed.
7—Vanilla is added last and mixed with egg wire until it becomes creamy.
