Street Bagel Ingredients

1 + ¾ glass of water
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
4 + ¼ glass of flour
Salt

Topping Ingredients

½ glass of grape molasses
1 tablespoon of water
1 bowl of sesame seeds

Water, dry yeast and powder Mix the sugar in a mixing bowl.
Take the flour in a separate mixing bowl and make a well in the middle and add the yeast mixture into it.
Add salt around the edges and knead the dough with a fork.
Then knead the dough well with your hands.
When your dough has a consistency, return it to the mixing bowl, wrap it with cling film and leave it to ferment for 1 hour. Wrap them up.
Then tie the ends together.
Open it by mixing the water and molasses in a large bowl.
Roast the sesame seeds slightly and let them cool.
First, pour the prepared bagels in water with molasses Cover with sesame seeds and transfer them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
