1.5 kg onions
6 eggs
3 kg mackerel
2 glasses of flour
100 g currants
200 gr walnut kernels
750 gr olive oil
1 pack allspice
100 gr white peanuts
2 glasses of breadcrumbs
Black pepper
Salt

Clean the insides of the fish, wash them thoroughly in plenty of water, break the bones of the tail and neck. Soften the meat and remove it along with the fish bone. Mince their meat, chopped onions, white peanuts and. fry with olive oil. Add ground walnuts, currants, salt pepper, allspice and roast the minced meat for another 15 minutes, remove from the fire and leave to cool. Add the juice of one lemon. Fill the fish with the material you have prepared, dip it in flour, then in egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. Serve after it has cooled.
