Ingredients for Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
  • 2 slices of toasted bread
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 60 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 30 gr butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cream

How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms

Perfect for those looking for practical recipes. Remove the stems of the mushrooms and soak them in lemon water. Chop the stems small and boil them in salted water and transfer them to a bowl. Add the toasted bread with the edges cut into crumbs.

Crush the garlic. Clean the seeds of the red pepper and cut it into very small cubes. Add salt, pepper, parsley, grated cheddar cheese and cream and mix it all.

Take the mushrooms out of the lemon water and place them in the baking dish. Place small pieces of butter in them and bake in the oven set at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Take it out of the oven, divide the creamy mixture into them, and put it back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve hot without waiting.
