Stuffed rice

Stuffed Rice Ingredients

2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion – edible chopped
2 tablespoons of pine nuts
2 tablespoons of currants
2 glasses of rice
1 teaspoon of allspice
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
3 glasses of water

Put your rice cooker on the stove and heat it.
Add butter and olive oil and melt the butter.
Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until soft.
Stuffed peanuts and water Add the currants that you have kept and strained and mix.
Add the rice and fry it.
Add allspice, ground cinnamon, salt and pepper and mix.
Add water and granulated sugar and close the lid of the pot.
Let it cook on high heat until it boils, then let it cook on low heat until the water evaporates.
Turn off the bottom of your cooked rice and let it brew for 15 minutes.
Serve your brewed rice hot. do it.
