  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g Gruyere cheese (grater)< /li>
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • Salt

How to Make Stuffed Zucchini with Cheese

< Salting the zucchini and keeping it for 1 hour both gives flavor and does not require pre-boiling the zucchini, it softens them. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the zucchini for 15 minutes and remove.Mix the cheeses, egg and flour and stuff the zucchini into it. Bake the stuffed zucchini with cheese in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
