- 1 large ripe banana
- 5 tablespoons of milk

How to Make Sugar Free Banana Pancakes
- Rindo the oatmeal until it’s the consistency of flour. Break the egg into a large bowl and whisk it well.
- In another bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
- Then oatmeal, banana, milk, olive oil, baking soda and one or two drops. Add the lemon juice to the bowl with the egg that you whisked well.
- Mix the ingredients well until they are well mixed. Leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Finally, pour the mixture into the oiled and heated pan with a ladle and cook it back and forth.
- Serve by drizzling honey on it and garnishing with forest fruits.
