Swedish Meatball Ingredients
500 gr. medium fat ground beef
1 glass of panko – bread crumbs
1 medium onion – grater

Ingredients for the Cream Sauce
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
2 glasses of broth
1 glass of cream – 200 ml.
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 piece of stale bread
Cheddar cheese – grated
Minced meat, panko, milk, onion, garlic powder, allspice in a mixing bowl Take the meatballs, salt and pepper and knead well.
