Tahini Molasses Cake Ingredients

4 eggs
1.5 glasses of granulated sugar
1 glass of sunflower oil
1 glass of milk
3 glasses of flour
2 packages of baking powder
1 package of vanilla
½ glass of tahini
½ glass of grape molasses
1 handful of walnuts – finely chopped

Topping Ingredients

2 tablespoons of tahini
3 tablespoons of grape molasses
1 tablespoon of milk
1 handful of walnuts – finely chopped

For the cake;

Take your eggs in a mixing bowl and beat them once.
Then add sugar slowly and keep whisking until it turns white.
Add the milk and continue whisking.
Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla to the sifted mixture and mix slowly with a spatula from the outside to the inside.
Separate 1 glass of the cake batter you have prepared in a separate mixing bowl.
Add tahini, molasses and finely chopped walnuts and mix.
Grease the inside of your double cake mold well and put the cake batter inside.
Then add the tahini molasses cake mix you have reserved to your cake mold.
Mix the tahini mixture with the plain mixture with the help of a stick.
In the oven preheated to 180 degrees Bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
Take your baked cake on a wire and let it cool.

For the sauce;

Mix tahini, molasses and milk in a mixing bowl to obtain a slightly fluid consistency. Then, transfer the slightly cooled cake to the plate you will serve and pour the tahini molasses mixture on it.
Serve by garnishing with finely chopped walnuts.
