  • 300 gr chicken breast
  • 100 gr powdered tarhana
  • 50 gr flour
  • Water (Blind mind)

  • Sunflower oil

How To Make Crispy Chicken With Tarhana

  • First, the chickens are chopped into jullienne.
  • The tarhana is opened by mixing flour and water in a bowl.
  • Its consistency can be adjusted better if the water is added slowly.
  • The chickens are dipped in the tarhana slurry.
  • Then, the outside is covered with powdered tarhana or pancake and fried in hot oil.
  • If the fried chickens are kept on a paper towel, their oil is better drained. Enjoy it.
