Tatted Pile Soup Ingredients
1 tablespoon of butter
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of pepper paste
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 glass of wheat – boiled
½ cup of chickpeas – boiled
½ cup of green lentils
7 glasses of water
Ingredients for the Sauce
1 tablespoon of dry basil
4 – 5 tablespoons of olive oil
Slightly boil the wheat, lentils and chickpeas.
Take the butter in a soup pot and melt it.
Take the onion you cut into small edibles and fry it.
Then add the tomato paste and dry basil and fry until it smells good.
Add the lightly boiled lentils, wheat and chickpeas into it. Mix lightly.
Add water, stir.
Add salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes on low heat with the lid closed.
While the soup is boiling, heat the olive oil and tarragon in a small pan.
Pour the soup into serving bowls. Take it and serve with a drizzle of spicy oil on it.
